The Constitution Quiz will determine your mind-body personality for a more effective, customized nutrition and lifestyle program. Your constitution is determined by which personality you scored the highest in. The results of the quiz will tell you if your constitution is Pitta, Vata, or Kapha.

The Seasonal Rejuvenation Packages (Pitta, Vata, or Kapha) feature a downloadable program that includes a comprehensive shopping list with appropriate foods and spices to balance your constitution, as well as complimentary lifestyle practices for balance and vibrancy.
